By signing this application, the applicant agrees to abide by all rules and regulations set forth by the Institute and the Tertiary and Vocational Education Commission (TVEC). The applicant also agrees to attend all in-house classroom practicals and lectures as required by TVEC. The applicant acknowledges that failure to comply with these requirements or any other actions leading to the inability to sit for exams will be the applicant's responsibility, and the Institute will not be held liable for the applicant's failure to take the exam.

By signing this, above named applicant has requested to follow the NVQ Level 4 course at The Evian International Institute and the applicant understands and acknowledges that the exams for NVQ qualification are conducted solely by the TVEC and that the Institute has no authority or control over these exams. The sole responsibility of the Institute is to conduct the course as required by the TVEC. By signing this application, the applicant agrees to these terms and acknowledges their understanding of the examination process and the Institute's responsibilities.
